The distinctive beauty of solid wood is a tree's
life story told through the wood grain. Changes in climate, exposure
to water, mineral content of the soil, animals, storms & a thousand other
factors can all leave their mark & give each piece of wood its own unique
character. The resulting grain reveals a warmth & sinuous beauty that
is never repeated. Matching each piece of wood required for a piece of furniture
becomes an art form over the years. The subtle distinguishing patterns & variations
in color are examined for consistency of detail so the finished piece of
furniture tells a story through the pattern of the grain. Wood mellows & develops
a patina with age, growing more beautiful as the years come & go. Each
piece of our wood pulpit furniture is built on almost half a century
of meticulous craftsmanship & brings beauty to your church for generations
to come.
We
believe that quality & craftsmanship can best be fostered in the intimacy
of a small, personal "family company". The key ingredient in every
wood pulpit, table or chair is still the talent & skill of the individual
who creates the pieces. We are especially enriched with some the furniture
industry's most experienced craftsmen. Many are second, third or fourth generation
wood pulpit furniture makers. These are people who take
pride in their profession & strive for excellence, quality products & state-of-the-art
manufacturing methods.
Our stream of satisfied churches continues to grow as we
continue to be creative & diversify
to improve overall quality into this millennium.
